White-label social media automation for agencies

Updated

RoboMarketer is white-label social media automation that agencies run themselves. An AI Social Media Manager drafts each client's Facebook and Instagram posts on a schedule, and nothing posts until you approve it. As white label social media management software, it shows clients your domain, logo and name. It comes with the Agency plan, at $297 a month.

White-label social media management software is a social media tool an agency rebrands as its own. Clients sign in and see your name, logo and domain, never the vendor's.

How does white-label social media management work?

Say you run Instagram and Facebook for a local dental practice. AI employees draft the work. Nothing posts until you approve it.

Your client signs in on your domain

The sign-in page carries your logo and your name, so the tool looks like part of your service.

The Social Media Manager drafts the posts

Sky plans the week and drafts each post and caption in the practice's voice. The Graphic Designer makes the image in its colors, and the Compliance Officer checks the drafts against platform and industry rules.

You approve, redo or deny

Approve a post, deny one that doesn't fit, or send one back with a note like "mention the spring offer and keep it shorter". A new version comes back for you to check.

The client sees the results

Their home screen shows ad results and the team working on their account. The Marketing Analyst drafts the weekly report, and you send it under your brand.

White-label software or a white-label service?

The phrase covers two different things. If you were looking for a company to post for you, RoboMarketer isn't it. It is the software your own team uses.

Which social media channels can you connect?

Facebook and Instagram are the main channels today. TikTok and YouTube connect too.

  • Facebook pages and Instagram accounts, including Instagram accounts used only in ads
  • TikTok and YouTube accounts
  • Your own AI model key, such as OpenAI. Your provider bills you for usage.

LinkedIn, X and Pinterest aren't supported. Google, Microsoft Clarity, Gmail and Instantly connect for other parts of the work.

How do you set up a new client?

Each client gets a sub-account with its own channels, calendar, drafts and reports. Agency includes unlimited sub-accounts and users.

Add the client

Create a sub-account, connect their Facebook page and Instagram account, and add your own AI key. The client's brand and goals go into one shared brain.

Turn on a schedule

Switch on a pre-built posting schedule so posts draft each week. Anything that posts, sends or spends still waits for you.

Approve in Tasks

Read each draft, then approve it, ask for a redo, or deny it.

You can bill each client a retainer or per outcome through your own Stripe, on your domain. See all ten roles on the AI employees page.

What should you look for in social media automation software?

Ask these of any vendor, us included.

  1. Do clients sign in on your domain, or on the vendor's with your logo on top?
  2. Does anything post before you approve it?With RoboMarketer, nothing does.
  3. Who writes the first draft?Your team, a template library, or AI that knows the client's brand.
  4. Are the channels you sell on supported today?
  5. Does the price climb with every client you add?On Agency, sub-accounts are unlimited.
  6. Who pays for AI?RoboMarketer uses your own AI key, so you see the provider's bill directly.
