Meta ads for agencies

Facebook ads automation that waits for your OK

RoboMarketer automates the drafting side of Facebook and Instagram ads. AI employees draft ad sets, copy, creatives and budget changes for each client, and nothing spends until you approve it.

Facebook ads automation means software does the repetitive parts of running Meta ads for you. In RoboMarketer, that's the drafting: building ad sets, writing copy, making creatives and proposing budget changes. The decision to spend stays with you.

Some tools automate by changing live campaigns on their own rules. We went the other way. For an agency, a surprise budget change on a client account is a phone call nobody wants. So RoboMarketer drafts everything and asks first.

What gets automated

RoboMarketer automates the drafting of Meta ads work for each client. These are the pieces AI employees prepare:

  • Ad sets. The Paid Media Buyer drafts Meta ad sets for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Budget changes. The Paid Media Buyer drafts budget changes when it thinks spend should move.
  • Ad copy. The Copywriter writes ad copy in the client's voice.
  • Creatives. The Graphic Designer makes on-brand ad images, and the Video Editor scripts short-form video.
  • Rule checks. The Compliance Officer checks drafts against platform and industry rules.
  • Reports. The Marketing Analyst writes the weekly report once ads are running.

You can turn on pre-built schedules so this work drafts itself on a regular rhythm, instead of starting each week from nothing.

What never happens without you

Spend and launches never happen without your approval. Every ad set, budget change and creative lands in Tasks first.

From there you pick one of three options:

  1. Approve the draft so it can go ahead.
  2. Redo with feedback, for example "lower the daily budget" or "use the testimonial angle," and the AI employee drafts it again.
  3. Deny it, and it's dropped.

There is no setting where the AI spends a client's money on its own. If you want "set and forget," look elsewhere. If you want the work done faster while your hands stay on the budget, this is built for that.

Who does the work

Four AI employees share Facebook ads work, each with one job. You can see all ten roles on the AI employees page.

Compliance OfficerChecks drafts against platform and industry rules

Two more roles help around the edges. The Creative Director sets the visual direction, and the Video Editor handles scripts and edits for short-form video.

All of this runs on your own AI model key. You connect OpenAI or another provider, and that provider bills you for the AI usage.

A week of Facebook ads work, step by step

Here's how one client's Meta ads week runs in RoboMarketer, from connecting the account to the Friday report.

  1. Connect the client's Meta account

Link the client's Facebook and Instagram ad account, then add your AI model key.

  2. Turn on the schedules you want

Pick pre-built schedules for ad drafts and the weekly report, so the work starts without a prompt from you.

  3. Review the drafts in Tasks

New ad sets, copy, creatives and any budget change show up together. Approve, redo with feedback, or deny each one.

  4. Read the weekly report

The Marketing Analyst drafts the report from the client's real numbers. Edit the notes, approve it, and it's ready to go to the client.

Most of your time goes into the third step, which is where your judgment matters anyway.

Reporting after launch

Once ads are live, the Marketing Analyst reads each client's Meta data and drafts a weekly report with spend, leads and cost per lead. Like everything else, the report waits for your approval before it goes to the client.

The full walkthrough, including a free report template, is on the Facebook ads reporting page.

Running Facebook ads for clients under your brand

On the Agency plan, you can run Facebook ads for clients under your own brand. Your domain, logo and name appear on every screen clients see, and clients sign in on your domain. This is what people usually mean by "white label Facebook ads": your agency delivers the service, and the software stays in the background.

The Agency plan also gives you:

  • Unlimited sub-accounts, one per client
  • Client billing through your own Stripe, as a retainer or pay-per-outcome
  • Unlimited users

The Business plan covers one account and doesn't include white-label branding.

Meta Advantage+ vs an agency tool

Meta Advantage+ and RoboMarketer solve different problems, and plenty of agencies will use both. Advantage+ is Meta's own automation for delivery inside an ad account: it uses Meta's systems to decide things like who sees an ad and where. RoboMarketer sits a level above that. It drafts and organizes the work across all your clients and routes every change through approval.

What RoboMarketer doesn't do

RoboMarketer does not manage Google Ads. Paid media drafts cover Meta ads, which means Facebook and Instagram. It also can't promise results. It drafts the work and you judge it.
