White-label

The white-label marketing platform for agencies

Put your agency's name on the software your clients log in to. AI employees draft the work, you approve every piece, and clients sign in on your domain.

Last updated

A white-label marketing platform is marketing software you rebrand as your own and give your clients access to. RoboMarketer is one of these. On the Agency plan, every screen your clients see carries your domain, your logo and your name.

Behind that brand, AI employees draft posts, ads, emails and reports for each client. Your team approves the drafts. You can also win new clients and bill the ones you have from the same app.

What your clients see

Clients see your agency and nothing else. They sign in on your domain, and your logo and name are on every screen they open. White-label branding comes with the Agency plan.

From the client's side, the tool is part of your service. Everything they open in the app carries your name.

What's inside, under your brand

The full RoboMarketer app runs on your domain. This is what's in it.

AI employees that draft the work

Ten AI roles, among them a Social Media Manager, Paid Media Buyer, Copywriter and Marketing Analyst, draft posts, Meta ads, emails and reports for each client. See AI employees.

Weekly reports, ready to send

Each week the Marketing Analyst drafts a performance report for every client, ready for you to send.

Free AI website audits as lead magnets

Visitors run a free AI audit of their website on your domain. It checks performance, conversion, SEO and trust, and the visitor becomes a lead.

Client billing through your Stripe

Bill each client a retainer or per outcome (pay-per-outcome) through your own Stripe account, on your domain.

AI Coach

The built-in business coach shows up as "AI Coach" on white-label domains. It writes sales scripts, replies to leads and client updates. More on the AI business coach.

Your own CRM, included

Your account comes with a CRM: pipeline, contacts, booking calendar and conversations. It is branded "RoboMarketer CRM", not with your brand. See the note below.

Nothing an AI employee drafts goes out on its own. Posts, ads, emails and budget changes wait in Tasks, where you approve them, send them back with feedback, or deny them.

AI usage runs on your own AI model key (OpenAI and others), and your provider bills you directly for what you use.

About the CRM

The CRM is powered by GoHighLevel, and we set it up for you, so you don't need a separate GoHighLevel account or subscription. It lives at crm.robomarketer.com under the name "RoboMarketer CRM". That means it isn't white-labelled the way the main app is. Leads you find in RoboMarketer, along with clients you add in the app, sync into it automatically. Setup can take a little while after you sign up.

White-label reporting

RoboMarketer drafts a weekly performance report for each client, and it goes out under your brand. For Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads, the report covers spend, leads and cost per lead per client.

The Marketing Analyst reads the ad and social data and writes the report. You check it and send it. For the details, see Facebook ads reporting.

Who it's for

RoboMarketer is built for marketing agencies with more than one client. That includes paid ads, social media, reputation management, short-form video, email, CRO, creative, cold outreach and influencer agencies. Freelancers and single businesses can use the Business plan, but white-label branding is on Agency only.

If your agency mainly sells Google Ads or SEO, RoboMarketer won't cover that core work. It can still handle reporting on Meta ads, prospecting and billing.

How to set it up

You set it up once at the agency level, then add each client.

  1. Pick the Agency plan

White-label branding, unlimited sub-accounts and pay-per-outcome billing are Agency plan features.

  2. Add your domain, logo and name

Clients will sign in on your domain and see your branding on every screen.

  3. Add each client as a sub-account

Every client gets its own workspace. Connect their Facebook, Instagram and other accounts.

  4. Connect your AI key and turn on schedules

Add your own AI model key, then switch on the pre-built schedules so weekly work drafts itself and waits for your approval.

White-label platform vs white-label service

A white-label platform is software your team runs under your brand. A white-label service is outsourced work that another company does and you resell. RoboMarketer is a platform.

If you run social media for clients, the same split applies there too. White-label social media management goes into it in more detail.

What RoboMarketer does not do

RoboMarketer does not manage Google Ads, and it does not automate SEO. Paid media drafts cover Meta ads only. The website audits work as lead magnets. They are not an SEO service.

Pricing

White-label is part of the Agency plan, which costs $297 a month or $1,782 a year. That price includes unlimited sub-accounts, unlimited users and pay-per-outcome billing. The Business plan, at $97 a month, is for a single business or freelancer and does not include white-label.
