For marketing agencies

AI employees that draft your agency's marketing work

An AI employee is software that does one marketing role's drafting work. RoboMarketer gives agencies 10 of them. Each one drafts its own work for each client, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

Last updated

Agency work is mostly drafting. Someone writes the captions, someone builds the ad sets, someone pulls the numbers into a report on Friday. RoboMarketer hands each of those jobs to an AI employee, so you start the week reviewing drafts instead of staring at blank pages. You still decide what ships.

What is an AI employee?

An AI employee is software that handles the drafting work of one marketing role, like a copywriter or a media buyer. It knows the client's brand and goals, produces its own kind of work on a schedule, and hands that work to a person to approve.

Don't let the word "employee" mislead you. You don't prompt these from scratch each time, and they don't act on their own. Each one has a fixed job: the Copywriter writes copy, the Marketing Analyst writes reports. Whatever they make lands in Tasks for you.

The 10 AI employees in RoboMarketer

RoboMarketer has 10 roles, and each one drafts its own work for every client you add. Here is what each role does.

Social Media Manager

Plans the content calendar and drafts posts and captions for each channel. Agencies that sell social as a service under their own brand can read about white-label social media management.

Drafts Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad sets and budget changes. Spend waits for your OK. See how this works in Facebook ads automation.

Copywriter

Writes ads, emails and landing page copy in the client's voice.

CMO

Turns the client's goals into a monthly marketing plan.

CRO Specialist

Reviews pages and funnels and suggests what to test next.

Creative Director

Sets the visual direction for a client's ads and posts.

Video Editor

Writes scripts and edits for short-form video.

Graphic Designer

Makes on-brand ad creatives and post images.

Compliance Officer

Checks drafts against platform and industry rules.

Marketing Analyst

Reads ad and social data and writes the weekly report. For Meta ads that means spend, leads and cost per lead per client. More on that in Facebook ads reporting.

How approvals work

Every draft goes to Tasks, and nothing leaves Tasks without a person deciding. For each item you have three choices:

  1. Approve it, and it moves forward.
  2. Redo with feedback. Tell the AI employee what to change ("shorter," "less salesy," "mention the spring offer") and it drafts again.
  3. Deny it, and it's dropped.

This applies to posts, ads, emails and spend. A budget change the Paid Media Buyer drafts sits in Tasks exactly like a caption does. We built it this way on purpose. An agency's name is on every post and every dollar of client spend, and that call should stay with a person.

Schedules: weekly work that drafts itself

Schedules are recurring jobs that tell AI employees when to draft. RoboMarketer comes with pre-built schedules, so you turn on the ones you want instead of writing prompts every Monday.

A typical setup looks like this: the Social Media Manager drafts next week's posts, the Marketing Analyst drafts the weekly report, and the CMO drafts the monthly plan. You open Tasks, review what came in, and approve, redo or deny. Both plans include unlimited pre-built schedules.

Which accounts they connect to

AI employees work from the client's real accounts, so you connect those first. RoboMarketer integrates with:

  • Facebook and Instagram (Meta ads and pages, including Instagram accounts used only in ads)
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Google
  • Microsoft Clarity
  • Gmail and Instantly (for email sending)
  • Apify
  • OpenAI and other AI model providers

RoboMarketer does not manage Google Ads. Paid media drafts cover Meta ads only.

Your AI key, your usage

You connect your own AI model key, from OpenAI or another provider, and that provider bills you directly for what your AI employees use. AI usage isn't bundled into the plan price, so the two costs stay separate: your RoboMarketer plan, and whatever your provider charges for the AI work. You can see that usage in your provider's own account.

AI employees vs hiring vs freelancers

AI employees draft. People decide. That split is the honest way to compare them with hiring staff or using freelancers.

We won't promise you'll save a set number of hours or replace anyone. What changes is where the work starts: with a draft to review instead of a blank page.

Who uses AI employees

RoboMarketer is built for marketing agencies of every type: paid ads, social media, short-form video, email, CRO, creative, reputation management, cold outreach and influencer agencies all fit. Freelancers and single businesses use the Business plan, which covers one account.

With more clients, the setup stays the same: each client gets the same 10 roles drafting from its own accounts and brand.
