White-label
White-label social media management for agencies
This is software for agencies, not an outsourced posting service. An AI Social Media Manager drafts each client's calendar and posts, you approve every one, and clients see your brand.

White-label social media management means your clients see your brand, not the software's. In RoboMarketer, your domain, logo and name are on every screen clients see, and an AI Social Media Manager drafts posts for you to approve.
If you were looking for a company to post for you, this isn't it. RoboMarketer is the software your own team uses to run social media for each client.
What white-label social media management means
The phrase covers two different things. One is software you rebrand and run yourself. The other is a service, where another company makes and posts the content and you resell their work.
| White-label software | White-label service | |
|---|---|---|
| Who makes the posts | Your team, with AI drafts | A partner's staff |
| Who approves | You | The partner, then you |
| Client login on your domain | Yes | No |
| Where RoboMarketer fits | Yes | No |
How it works in RoboMarketer
AI employees draft the social work for each client and nothing posts until you approve it. Here is who does what.
The AI Social Media Manager plans the calendar
The Social Media Manager plans each client's content calendar, then drafts posts and captions for every channel. It works from the client's brand and goals, so each client gets their own voice.
Graphic Designer and Video Editor make the assets
The Graphic Designer makes on-brand post images and ad creatives. The Video Editor writes scripts and edits for short-form video. The Compliance Officer checks drafts against platform and industry rules.
You approve, redo or deny in Tasks
Every draft lands in Tasks, where you have three choices: approve it, send it back with feedback for a redo, or deny it. Nothing goes out without your OK.
Pre-built schedules handle the weekly work
Turn on the pre-built recurring schedules and the weekly posting work drafts itself. The drafts still wait for you in Tasks.
The AI runs on your own AI model key (OpenAI and others), and your provider bills you for what you use. See all ten roles on the AI employees page.
Channels you can connect
Facebook and Instagram are the main channels today. Meta support covers Facebook pages and Instagram accounts, including Instagram accounts that are only used in ads. You can also connect TikTok and YouTube accounts.
RoboMarketer also connects to Google, Microsoft Clarity, Gmail and Instantly for other parts of the work. Other networks, such as LinkedIn, X and Pinterest, aren't on that list.
Your brand on every client screen
On the Agency plan, clients see your domain, your logo and your name on every screen. They sign in on your domain, so the tool looks like part of your service.
White-label covers the RoboMarketer app on your domain. Your account also comes with a CRM, but that one is branded "RoboMarketer CRM". For the full list of what goes under your brand, see the white-label marketing platform page.
One workspace per client
Each client gets a sub-account with its own connected channels, calendar, drafts and reports. The Agency plan gives you unlimited sub-accounts and unlimited users.
Weekly performance reports are drafted for each client and are ready to send. You can bill a client a retainer or per outcome through your own Stripe, also on your domain.

What to check before you pick white-label social software
The questions below sort the tools quickly. Ask them of any vendor, us included.
- Do clients sign in on your domain, or on the vendor's with your logo on top?
- Does anything post before you approve it? With RoboMarketer, nothing does.
- Who writes the first draft: your team, a template library, or AI that knows the client's brand?
- Are the channels you sell on supported today?
- Does the price climb with every client you add, or are sub-accounts unlimited?
- Who pays for AI? RoboMarketer uses your own AI model key, so you see the provider's bill directly.
What a week looks like for one client
Say you run Instagram and Facebook for a local dental practice. On Monday the schedule kicks in and the Social Media Manager drafts the week's posts and captions. The Graphic Designer adds images in the practice's colors, and the Compliance Officer checks the drafts against platform and industry rules.
You open Tasks, approve most of the posts, send one back asking for a softer tone, and deny another that doesn't fit. At the end of the week the Marketing Analyst drafts the performance report. You send it to the client under your brand.
